Saturday, September 29th
The second day of the conference, September 29th, will focus on patient visits where you can book 10 minute appointments at no charge with the providers you are interested in seeing.
Appointments will be scheduled automatically on a first come, first served
basis based on the date that conference payment is received or fee waiver is
arranged. You will indicate which appointments you want and rank the order
of priority for those appointments in your registration. Appointment times
will be sent out via e-mail approximately two weeks before the conference.
To keep the appointments on schedule for everyone, we aim for a minimum of
40 minutes and a maximum of an hour and a half between appointments. If you
wish to see for example, 5 out of the 7 doctors at the conference, you will
likely have about a 4 to 5 hour window that you will need to be present for
appointments.
